Below are the infection control guidelines for personal services. Shador has always made infection control a top priority for our clients. We always disinfect all implements, stations, chairs, lights, linens, equipment, work areas. We also wear masks and gloves for all services. We use hospital grade disinfectant such as Cavicide and Barbicide which has been tested and proven to kill almost all viruses and bacteria. We want to make sure everyone is safe and healthy and in order to do so we must make sure that all clients follow the rules below.
Clients rules:
All appointments must be booked by the client receiving the service. Unfortunately you were not allowed to book services for other people. If appointments are booked on non working days then there will be £100UK/ $100US service fee including the cost of service. Service fee must be paid 48 hours prior to appointment to avoid cancellation.
US Customers: We have a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If you were going to be more than 10 minutes late please give us a call. Please note that your appointment will be cancelled if arriving after this grace period and will be considered a no show. ($50 late show fee will be applied to your account).All the Booking fees are nonrefundable.
UK Customers: We have a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to your appointment. Please note that your appointment will be cancelled if arriving after this grace period and will be considered a late show (£40 late show fee will be applied to your account). All the Booking fees are nonrefundable.
We have a no child and extra guest policy. Due to health, saftety and insurance laws if children are brought to an appointment your appointment will be rescheduled. Our studio cannot accommodate extra guests.
We require a 50% (of the cost of service) non refundable Booking fee for all clients. Services $50 / £50 or less require a 100% (the cost of service) Booking fee. We require a Non-refundable retainer for Permanent cosmetic procedures. Once retainer is paid it is non-refundable.
All Booking fees/retainer requests will be sent via invoice if not prepaid online. All Booking fees must be received within 72 hours of appointment request to avoid cancellation.
US Customers:
CANCELLATIONS
We require 48 hour notice for all cancellations. Permanent cosmetic procedures that are canceled once retainer is paid it is non-refundable. If your appointment is not cancelled within this timeframe it will be considered a no-show appointment.
NO SHOW
No-show appointments will require a 100% (the cost of service) deposit for any future appointments. A no show fee of $75 will also be applied to the account. If I deposit was paid prior to a no-show appointment it is nonrefundable and the no show fee will still be added. If there are more than two no-shows on a client account in a calendar year, Shador has the right to refuse any future service.
UK Customers:
CANCELLATIONS
We require 24 hour notice for all cancellations,, Permanent cosmetic procedures that are canceled once retainer is paid it is non-refundable. If your appointment is not cancelled within this timeframe a £40 late fee will be charged to your account.
NO SHOW
No-show appointments will require a 100% (the cost of service) Booking fee for any future appointments. A no show fee of £65 will also be applied to the account. If a booking fee/retainer was paid prior to a no-show appointment it is nonrefundable and the no show fee will still be added. If there are more than two no-shows on a client account in a calendar year, Shador has the right to refuse any future service.
LATE SHOW
If you are late to your appointment and have reschedule, you will be charged a £40 late fee.
Most procedures are a two part service. You are allowed one reschedule for your initial touch up appointments if proper is received (72 hours). If you reschedule more than once you will be required to pay for the touch up and a reatiner will be required in order to book.
Payments for next day appointments must be by the close of the business day or appointment will be cancelled.
