Beauty Services: Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for beauty services, including but not limited to eyelash extensions, permanent make-up, body sugaring, brow services and other beauty treatments. We take pride in delivering top-notch services, and our team of experienced professionals strives to meet and exceed your expectations. If you have any concerns about the service you received, please do not hesitate to contact our management team, and we will do our best to address any issues or concerns.

Products: For products sold by Shador Studio, we offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused items. If you are not completely satisfied with a product you purchased from us, you may return it within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that the product is in its original packaging and has not been opened or used. Please note that the following conditions apply to product returns:

• Products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
• Products that are damaged or not in their original condition are not eligible for return. You may option for a replacement item.
• A full refund will begiven  if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to.
